Sam Lee
(Occupational Therapist)
Raised in Atlanta, Sam earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University, graduating in December 2025. Shortly after completing her degree, she relocated to Seattle to pursue new opportunities in both her professional and personal life. Her clinical experiences include fieldwork in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration. She also has experience working with neurodiverse children, supporting development through therapeutic play and functional skills training. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling, hiking the PNW trails, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family. She brings a compassionate, thoughtful approach to her practice and is passionate about helping individuals regain independence and thrive in their daily lives.
