Our Team

Rachel Guo, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Pima Medical Institute in Seattle in June 2025. She has experience working in outpatient orthopedics and skilled nursing settings, helping orthopedic and geriatric patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Rachel enjoys working closely with her patients to help them regain confidence in their movement and reach their personal goals. She focuses on practical, evidence-based care and teaches strategies that support long-term health and independence. Outside of work, Rachel loves swimming, cooking, and hiking with her family.
