Physical Therapist Job in Kent, WA – PhysioWorks is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role focuses on helping injured workers recover, regain function, and safely return to work while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive clinical environment.

This position is intended to support both our Kent, WA and Silverdale, WA clinics. Some travel between locations may be required based on patient volume, staffing needs, and clinic operations.

Education: bachelor degree

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility
  • Interest in orthopedics and functional rehabilitation
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics
  • Experience with workers’ compensation or industrial rehabilitation
  • Interest in Functional Capacity Evaluations, ergonomics, and injury prevention
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations for orthopedic and work-related conditions
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals, job demands, and evidence-based practice
  • Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
  • Progress patients appropriately to support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
  • Collaborate with providers, case managers, employers, and other stakeholders for coordinated care
  • Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and on time
  • Supervise PTAs and support staff in accordance with Washington State regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic initiatives and performance improvement
  • Maintain professionalism, HIPAA compliance, and patient-centered care standards
  • Engage in ongoing training related to work rehabilitation and industrial services
