What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at PhysioWorks, you will work closely with supervising Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients return to meaningful activities.
You will assist patients throughout their rehabilitation journey while helping maintain a safe and supportive clinical environment.

Education: professional certificate
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
- Ability to maintain continuing education requirements for PTA licensure
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform prolonged standing and sitting activities
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities:
- Administer therapy treatments according to Physical Therapist plans of care
- Monitor patient response and communicate significant changes to supervising Physical Therapists
- Provide input regarding treatment progression, goals, and discharge planning
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Safely operate therapy equipment and treatment devices
- Perform stretching, soft tissue techniques, and manual interventions within PTA scope of practice
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment
- Assist with administrative and clerical responsibilities as needed
- Support a positive and professional clinical environment
