  • Location: Silverdale, WA
  • Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), Full-time
  • Salary:  $25-$38 DOE per hour ($52,000 – $80,000 per year)

Education: associate degree

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited COTA program and active Washington state COTA licensure.
  • Skills in teamwork, patient-focused care, active listening, and clear communication.
  • Self-motivated and committed to professional growth and learning.

Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of worker’s compensation claims is a plus.
  • Hand therapy is a plus and/or be open to learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor therapy plans to enhance patients’ performance in daily tasks.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate client records.
  • Assist the occupational therapist in executing treatment plans and providing updates on patient outcomes.
  • Foster a positive environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Perform clerical tasks as required and support team collaboration.
