- Location: Silverdale, WA
- Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), Full-time
- Salary: $25-$38 DOE per hour ($52,000 – $80,000 per year)

Education: associate degree
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited COTA program and active Washington state COTA licensure.
- Skills in teamwork, patient-focused care, active listening, and clear communication.
- Self-motivated and committed to professional growth and learning.
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of worker’s compensation claims is a plus.
- Hand therapy is a plus and/or be open to learning.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor therapy plans to enhance patients’ performance in daily tasks.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist the occupational therapist in executing treatment plans and providing updates on patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Perform clerical tasks as required and support team collaboration.
