Throughout PhysioWorks’ growth, Iryna Hrytsyuk has played an essential role in developing and implementing PhysioWorks Industrial Rehab program systems and processes. As our Industrial Rehabilitation Supervisor, she is responsible for coordinating plans of care to ensure consistent quality outcomes for the OT Work Essentials, Work Conditioning, and Work Hardening programs at our Kent and Silverdale locations.

Iryna oversees the implementation of Occupational Therapy program plans, managing patients’ cases, and preparing patient evaluations. In addition, she specializes in designing job simulation tasks and provides easy to understand rehab education to promote exercise and activity progression for full duty, return to work.

Iryna has a wide breadth of experience in a variety of clinical settings which include Inpatient and Outpatient clinics, Industrial Rehabilitation, and Hand Therapy settings. Her clinical experience spans a variety of age ranges from pediatric to geriatric patients. She has experience treating patients with a wide variety of diagnoses of the hand, wrist, and elbow including repetitive stress injuries, arthritis, fractures and post-operative therapy, as well as the fabrication of custom splinting. Overall, she genuinely enjoys helping clients resume participation with their desired activities and maximize their overall function.

Iryna enjoys giving back to the community and has served as a Clinical Instructor and mentor to Occupational Therapy students. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and pursues hobbies such as baking and music.
